Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bf555 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bf555 website at bf555.vin, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and services made available through it. By registering, depositing, wagering, or otherwise using the platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on the bf555 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same mobile number, a different number, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. bf555 is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
• You must notify bf555 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person under any circumstances whatsoever.

• bf555 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to any other party.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting bf555 customer support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before closure, provided all verification requirements have been satisfied.

Deposits and Withdrawals

bf555 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard for players in Bangladesh. All transactions are subject to the following conditions.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is imposed by bf555, though player-requested deposit limits may be applied via the responsible gaming tools.

Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the bf555 platform are governed by the following general rules, as well as any game-specific or sport-specific rules published on the relevant game or betting market page.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bf555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical fault, system error, or connectivity issue affecting the outcome or recording of a bet, bf555 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's account.
• Cricket betting markets at bf555 are settled based on the official match result as determined by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or other applicable organisation). In the event of match abandonment, suspension, or postponement, settlement rules specific to that market type apply.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered in real time and odds are subject to change without notice. bf555 reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time where integrity concerns, data feed disruption, or other circumstances require it.
• Players are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection when placing bets or playing games. bf555 is not liable for bets lost or games disconnected due to player-side connectivity issues.

bf555 publishes indicative Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games. Actual returns may vary for individual players in the short term due to the inherent variance of RNG-based games.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bf555 platform. Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities.

• Opening, operating, or using multiple accounts for any purpose including bonus hunting, arbitrage, or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated system to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage on the platform.

Account Suspension and Closure

bf555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action without prior notice.

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe following a withdrawal request or compliance trigger.
• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, payment fraud, or any activity that poses a risk to the platform or other players.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including self-exclusion requests submitted through the responsible gaming tools.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach or fraudulent activity, any balance held will be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request and no breach has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Responsible Gaming
